The design is thoughtfully functional: a silicone pull tab in the brand color with logo clearly defines the contact area for opening the lid, making the brand tangible in an intuitive and friendly way. The housing shape allows the salt bag to be placed securely on top during refilling, making the process not only especially easy but also gentle on the back. A clear design language, precisely defined joints and a well-engineered construction turn the water softening system into a durable, functional and visually appealing product—perfectly suited to modern building services and maximum ease of use.

Operation of the system is intuitive and straightforward, and the fill level can be easily read from the outside. Thanks to its compact design, the simple white housing fits effortlessly into any technical or utility room. The intelligent, consumption-based control ensures extremely low salt consumption and highly efficient operation. Soft water provides optimal protection for drinking water installations, sanitary facilities and household appliances. Limescale stains are prevented, scale deposits in appliances are minimized, the need for care and cleaning products is reduced, and energy consumption for water heating is lowered by up to 50%, significantly benefiting the environment and climate. At the same time, soft water offers health benefits by being gentle on skin and hair and helping to prevent skin irritation.
Sustainability, regional production and efficiency were key guiding principles throughout development. The system protects drinking water installations, saves money, contributes to environmental protection and supports preventive health care. Developed in close cooperation between BESTE Wasseraufbereitung and whiteID in Schorndorf, the water softening system is manufactured regionally. Short transport routes, a resource-efficient design and durable materials ensure a responsible approach to environmental protection and quality. Regional production not only reduces CO₂ emissions but also strengthens the local economy—making this a truly well-designed product for the demands of our time.
