Two intentionally designed interaction zones create a distinct visual contrast: Interaction Zone 1 communicates the overall machine status through two LEDs embedded into the edges, making status information visible from all sides. The interchangeable center section enables flexible connection options and follows a clear, modular design language. Interaction Zone 2 combines a discharge valve made of white Corian with a surrounding LED ring that visually communicates the status of the discharge process from a distance. The design is clean and free of visible fastening elements, ensuring optimal cleanability while making status and process states intuitively understandable.

The material selection reinforces the pharmaceutical standard of the system: stainless steel serves as the proven benchmark for cleanability and durability, complemented by Corian as a deliberately chosen design solution for interaction zones and as a distinctive brand-specific design element, offering comparable resistance to cleaning agents.

The top-drive architecture, featuring a fixed lid and a movable container, creates a structured layout and ensures maximum accessibility. The Gentlewing mixing tool, with its contoured and angled blades, guarantees homogeneous blending, stable material flow, and reproducible granulate quality at high productivity rates. The optional Single-Pot principle integrates multiple process steps through to dried granulate within a closed system, reducing complexity, minimizing product loss, and making the process immediately comprehensible. The intuitive PROVICON control system supports efficient, digitalized process management.
